How fast can you visit our site?
Standard inspections are scheduled within five working days; urgent defect visits within 48 hours where access allows.
Do you work with our architect or builder?
Yes — most of my work is collaborative. I coordinate directly with your design team and attend site meetings as needed.
Are your reports accepted by councils and insurers?
Yes. Reports are signed by licensed Professional Engineers and formatted for permit, lender and insurance submissions.
How do fixed fees work?
After a brief review I quote a fixed fee in writing. If the scope changes mid-project, you approve any adjustment before I proceed.
