Pricing questions
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
Send drawings or photos and I’ll issue a custom fixed-fee quote — usually within two working days, always in writing.
Do fees include permit submissions?
Residential Design includes signed drawings formatted for permit. Council lodgement fees themselves are paid to the authority.
